Terms of Service — Stream Arena RPG

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Stream Arena RPG, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the service.

Account Access

Stream Arena RPG accounts are associated with your Twitch account. By logging in through Twitch you allow the game to associate your Twitch username and Twitch ID with your in-game account.

We reserve the right to remove, suspend, or terminate access to the service for any user at any time without prior notice.

Game Content and Progress

All game data including characters, items, currency, progression, and unlockables remain the property of Stream Arena RPG.

Game data may be modified, reset, balanced, or removed at any time as part of updates, bug fixes, maintenance, or service changes.

Purchases and Refunds

All purchases within Stream Arena RPG are digital goods.

All purchases are final and non-refundable. By making a purchase you agree that the digital goods are delivered immediately and therefore waive any right to refunds where applicable.

Purchases remain non-refundable even if the service changes, is discontinued, or ceases to exist.

Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

Exploit bugs or unintended game mechanics
Attempt to disrupt or damage the service
Use automation, bots, or scripts to gain unfair advantages
Attempt to bypass security systems
Abuse other users or the platform

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or permanent removal.

Service Availability

Stream Arena RPG is provided on an “as-is” basis. The service may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time without notice.

We do not guarantee continuous uptime, stability, or availability of the service.

Limitation of Liability

Stream Arena RPG and its operators are not responsible for any damages, data loss, or other issues resulting from the use of the service.

Third-Party App Developers

Developers creating tools, integrations, or applications that interact with Stream Arena RPG agree to the following:

They must clearly state that they are not affiliated with Stream Arena RPG or Ayrton Alexis in any way.
They must not circumvent the requirement for end-users to agree to these Terms of Service. These terms must be presented to users before they accept or use the application.
They must not encourage, enable, or promote any form of exploitation or violation of these terms, including but not limited to aggressive or unattended botting.

Acceptable Bot-Use Examples

Using a bot to assist with typing due to physical limitations (e.g., hand pain), while still actively participating in chat.
Using a bot to automatically respond to commands such as !join, provided the user maintains a real presence in chat (e.g., responding within a reasonable time and not fully automated).

Bots must not replace the user entirely. Active participation and presence are required.

Failure to comply may result in access restrictions, service blocking, or other actions deemed necessary.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated or modified at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
